Emil Kaspar - Switzerland Dear Peter, just a quick recap of our trip to Brazil... In short: it doesn't get any better than this! Without going into details, EVERYTHING was just right. When we think back like this, we get (almost..) a bit emotional... Really, even after all these years with a lot, a lot, a lot of travel experience, I (we) are still just thrilled and grateful. I'm a fan of jobs well done and people doing them. But these seem to be dying out these days and that's why I'm all the more happy that they still exist... I think the “engine” behind this super job is probably Annette. The way this woman pulls the strings in the background and organizes everything with her colleagues and other tour guides -really everything¨- 100% reliably and reorganizes herself remotely (communication) is good for the Guinness Book of Records! Just fine... Thank you for your kind answer. I myself am not a person of “big words”. In this case, however, I would like to once again honestly confirm: it was a great job, well above my rather demanding benchmark and we really enjoyed it. Hans and Nadja Dester - Berlin We decided to book this trip with Southern Cross Tours & Expeditions, because we were impressed of their attractive Internet presentation and the following very professional consulting service. The trip included destinations like North Pantanal, Bom Jardin, South Pantanal with Rio de Janeiro and the Iguaçu Falls. In the Pantanal we saw an enormous variety of wild animals, many species of birds, reptiles, armadillos, anteaters, several jaguars, caimans, monkeys, a tapir, various species of parrots and much more. We spent also a few days on a Fazenda in the South Pantanal. There you could still experience the authentic life on a large cattle ranch, with cowboys, horses, cattle and many wild animals up close. We would like to thank Peter Rohmer who planned and organized our trip. We would like to emphasize particularly that he provided friendly, reliable and professional guides for us, who always tried to fulfil our wishes. Peter was also available at all times and always gave us advice and support over the phone during the trip. Dear Peter, thank you very much for this beautiful and exciting journey.!
